Dining Options at Beaches Turks & Caicos

Beaches Turks & Caicos has a total of 21 restaurants, all of which are complimentary for guests. From hamburgers to pizza, tacos, shrimp, pasta, steaks, and beyond, the culinary offerings are diverse and extensive. Whether you prefer quick-service, à la carte, or buffet-style dining, there's something to satisfy every guest.

Is the food good? Sure. Most reviews online also agree with me, and say that it’s above average for a beach resort like this. Now, is the food amazing like you’d expect from a five star French restaurant? Nah. I also don’t think this will ever happen in a Beach Resort, since they have to make a lot of food in a short amount of time for thousands of guests. For such a difficult challenge, they’ve done quite well.

Dining Types to Beaches Turks & Caicos

You can find a lot of different options in Beaches Turks & Caicos. Love sushi? They have it here with the Soy Sushi Bar. Pizza? Oh, there is a lot of it as well, with and without pineapple. Mexican? Local cuisine? How about seafood? Yep, yep, from Neptune’s to Schooners. There are even a few restaurants that are reserved for adults only if you want to share a private moment with the love of your life.

They also offer healthy food options, including fruits, salads, and vegan dishes. There's truly something for everyone! The extensive selection of restaurants is no surprise, given the expansive size of the resort, which features four distinct areas, each with its own unique dining establishments.

Most restaurants in Beaches Turks & Caicos do not require a reservation. Some of the most popular ones, like Kimonos, do require you to make a reservation in advance. Make sure to do it as soon as you arrive in the resort, or ask your butler (if you hired one, that is) to do it for you. If you have any kind of allergies, make sure to inform your butler or concierge as soon as you arrive as well, so meals are prepared with your health in mind.

The restaurants at Beaches Turks & Caicos are usually divided into:

Quick-service restaurants

You just need to order your food at a counter, grab it, and you’re good to go. Casual restaurants and food trucks often follow this style. These spots are perfect for a quick bite, offering items like tacos, hamburgers, pizza, and fries.

Sit-Down restaurants & Buffet

Fancy dining options typically fit this description. Guests sit down and order their food à la carte, similar to a traditional restaurant. Many places that offer Italian and French cuisine follow this style. Some restaurants offer buffets throughout the day, while others transition from buffet to a traditional à la carte style in the evening.

In-Room Dining and Room Service

At this time, only Butler Level rooms include Room Service. Your Butler will be able to bring you snacks, drinks and items from a set menu.

What do you wear to dinner in Beaches Turks and Caicos?

Many guests often wonder what to wear when going out for dinner. “Do I need to dress all fancy? Do I need a beautiful dress or the tuxedo I last wore to my high school prom?” Relax, friends.

As of 2024, every restaurant at Beaches Turks & Caicos requires only Resort Casual attire. This means you just need shorts, a t-shirt, and slippers to dine at any restaurant. However, we still recommend bringing one fancy outfit for a romantic night out or a special event or party.

Let’s take a look at the restaurants waiting for you, from the best choices to quick-service options and sit-down restaurants.

The Best restaurants at Beaches Turks & Caicos

Type: Resort casual, japanese food, reservation required, sit-down, dinner.

Kimonos stands out as one of the most popular and renowned restaurants at Beaches Turks & Caicos. It offers a Teppanyaki cooking style experience, where skilled chefs perform impressive tricks as they prepare delicious meals on a flat surface grill right in front of you. The food usually gets very good reviews and the entire experience is well worth it, especially for kids. Just keep in mind that this is one of the rare restaurants in Beaches Turks & Caicos where you need to make a reservation. It also gets Famvia’s special stamp for one of the best restaurants in the whole resort, as it mixes good food and an awesome atmosphere for guests of all ages.

Barefoot by the Sea

Type: Resort casual, seafood, beachfront dining, sit-down, casual, breakfast, lunch, dinner

A charming option located on the Italian Village side of the resort. The name is not misleading: you are literally by the sea and can even go barefoot, with tables set up on the sand. Enjoy a nice meal while taking in the ocean breeze. It's a cool and romantic experience. You can find a lot of seafood options in a place like this. The food here is one of the best in the entire resort, and this is usually a sentiment shared by every guest online as well. Just watch out for the sand fleas, they can be bothersome sometimes.

Type: Resort casual, seafood, sit-down, breakfast, dinner.

One of the best restaurants in all Beaches Turks & Caicos, Schooners offers a great variety of seafood dishes for you to choose from. If you love mussels and scallops, you will love this place. Oh, they also have steak and pasta as well! There is something for everybody. This restaurant is also located near the ocean, so you get great views while eating. This is a restaurant that doesn’t require you to dress fancy but still feels very sophisticated and beautiful.

The Cricketers Pub

Type: Resort casual, english cuisine, great for adults, open late at night, sit-down, lunch, dinner.

One of the few restaurants at Beaches Turks & Caicos that stays open until 2am, it also offers a lunch menu. Enjoy classics like fish and chips, shepherd's pie, and stout pie. A great place to grab a few drinks and enjoy the starry sky! The food here usually gets very high reviews, with some guests electing it as the best restaurant in the whole resort.

Le Petit Chateau

Type: Resort casual, french cuisine, sit-down, dinner.

Le Petit Chateau is a beautiful and charming destination for lovers of French cuisine. Resembling a quaint small castle, it provides the perfect setting for a romantic dinner with your significant other. Enjoy a diverse selection of wines and savor delicious desserts such as the classic crème brûlée and a tempting molten chocolate cake. The onion soup here also has many fans who visit just for this delicious dish.

Type: Resort casual, seafood, great staff, buffet, breakfast, lunch, dinner.

If anyone knows a thing or two about the ocean, it’s Neptune, also known as Poseidon. This restaurant exudes the charm of a casual bistro and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While its seaside beach views may not rival those of fancier establishments, they are still pleasant. One advantage of Neptune's is that it tends to be less crowded than the more popular options. The menu offers an impressive amount of choices, from bruschettas to Mahi Mahi, grilled swordfish, and Seafood Tagine. One thing that guests love about this place is that the service is excellent. Seriously, you can find forum posts on TripAdvisor of people saying how surprised they were with staff members at this restaurant. Nice!

Quick-Service restaurants at Beaches Turks & Caicos

Dino’s Pizzeria

Type: Resort casual, pizza, quick-service, great for kids, lunch

Located near Pirates Island Waterpark, this is a great option to visit right after your adventures across slides and pools. The pizza usually gets really good reviews, but the main problem is that orders take a while. Sometimes, guests wait about one hour for their pizza, so make sure to plan ahead.

Bobby Dee’s

Type: Resort casual, snacks, open all day, quick-service, great for kids.

Bobby Dee is one of the top restaurant options in the whole resort for your kids. Are your little ones tired of all the fancy seafood and they just want to eat a delicious burger and fries? Then bring them here. One of the perks of this restaurant is that it’s located inside the Pirates Island Waterpark, making it really convenient to just stop by, grab a quick bite and then continue with your (pirate) adventures. Bobby Dee’s is shaped like a pirate ship and incredibly colorful, so expect your kids to love coming here over and over.

Curls ‘n Swirls

Type: Resort casual, ice cream, quick-service, great for kids, lunch

A food truck located inside Pirates Island Waterpark offering ice cream and frozen yogurt. What’s not to like about it? It’s Ice cream, ladies and gentleman, every flavor will be good. This is a great place to stop by after Bobby Dee’s or between waterslides.

Type: Resort casual, american cuisine, quick-service, great for kids, lunch

Another food truck located inside Pirates Island Waterpark. This one specializes in Mac N Cheese with a variety of flavors and unique ingredients. Guests usually love this spot and find some of the combinations surprisingly good. The portions are small, making it an ideal place for a quick snack rather than a full lunch.

Bella Napoli Pizzeria

Type: Resort casual, pizza, quick-service, great for kids, lunch

Located behind the Iguana Pool, this restaurant is similar to Dino’s Pizzeria. The main difference lies in its expanded variety and the option for calzones. However, many guests find that Dino's pizza slightly edges out in quality. It's a trade-off between quantity and a small dip in quality, which may be perfectly fine for some guests.

Jerk Truck

Type: Resort casual, caribbean cuisine, beachfront dining, quick-service, lunch.

Want a quick bite while you sit right by the ocean? According to Beaches Turks & Caicos, this place offers “the most authentic jerk outside of Jamaica”. It’s fun to come here once to try it out, but keep in mind that the food can be rather spicy.

Café de Paris

Type: Resort casual, snacks, coffee, quick-service, open all day

Café de Paris is a haven for coffee enthusiasts (spoiler: that’s me). This charming bistro exudes an aura of awesomeness, with a nearby promenade that transports you to the heart of Paris. It's an ideal spot for breakfast and a great place to spend your evenings. The bistro only closes at 10pm and tends to transform into a lively social hub as the night unfolds. The food here isn’t that good, honestly, but it’s one of the few places to get a good coffee or a cappuccino.

Sit-Down & Buffet restaurants at Beaches Turks & Caicos

Soy Sushi Bar

Type: Resort casual, sushi, sit-down, dinner.

If Kimono is all about the Teppanyaki cooking style, then Soy is about your traditional sushi. Sit down, relax and order all the sushi in the world! The Sushi is pretty good and there are a lot of options, but they do take a while to arrive, so plan accordingly.

Type: Resort casual, italian cuisine, breakfast (buffet), dinner (a la-carte)

Mario is always good. The super Mario games, Mario Andretti and now Mario’s at Beaches Turks & Caicos. You can’t go wrong with that name. Mario’s offers an impressive amount of options for both breakfast and dinner. Enjoy omelets for breakfast, including an omelet station where you can make your own, and a wide selection of pasta dishes, such as spaghetti and lasagna, for dinner. If you love Italian food, you can’t go wrong here.

The Bombay Club

Type: Resort casual, indian cuisine, great for adults, sit-down, dinner

Dino’s Pizzeria transforms into The Bombay Club at night. The menu shifts from pizza to Indian cuisine, offering a great option for those looking to try something new. The food here is authentic and quite spicy. While it might not be the best choice for kids, adults will have a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant.

Type: Resort casual, italian cuisine, buffet, breakfast, lunch, dinner.

With a name like that, of course that this restaurant would be all about italian food. Love pasta? Then come here. You can find penne, pizza, gnocchi and much more in a buffet setting. This is a very large restaurant with seats available both indoor and outdoor, with an aesthetic that resembles a cute italian village.

Type: Resort casual, southwestern cuisine, lunch (buffet), dinner (a la carte)

Arizona’s is similar to Mario’s, but it’s located right by one of the main pools. You can enjoy southwestern favorites like grilled chicken breast, roasted lamb, and pork tacos. Dinner tends to attract a lot of people and good review to this place, as they offer baby back ribs and  chocolate mousse cakes.

Type: Resort casual, caribbean cuisine, guests need to be 12+, sit-down, dinner.

One of the few adults-oriented restaurants at the resort, Sapodilla resembles a high-class dining establishment. You can enjoy indoor dining or grab a spot on the terrace to take in the view and have a romantic time with the love of your life.

Type: Resort casual, beachfront dining, international cuisine, buffet, breakfast, lunch, dinner

This is another top-tier option at Beaches Turks & Caicos. The resort itself touts it as one of their premier choices for beachfront dining experiences, and it's easy to see why. Tables are strategically elevated, offering panoramic views of Grace Bay Beach and the vast ocean beyond, ensuring a memorable dining experience for your entire family. The french toast gets great reviews for some reason, so I need to try that next time.

Type: Resort casual, international cuisine, buffet, breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Looking for a fancy dining experience that won’t keep you waiting? Reflections is the place for you. This indoor restaurant offers a buffet featuring a wide array of options including ribs, lamb, grilled mahi, BBQ chicken wings, hamburgers, and french fries. With a lot of green surrounding the indoor dining area, it feels like you're enjoying your meal in the heart of a rainforest.

Type: Resort casual, caribbean cuisine, sit-down, breakfast, dinner.

This restaurant really is located closer to the sky than any other. This rooftop restaurant looks amazing, like an Italian establishment from a medieval village or something. I love how charming and inviting it looks. It’s located just above the Bayside, so you can easily transition from one to the other if you’d like to. Guests usually don’t enjoy breakfast in this restaurant, but dinner often gets great reviews.
