Room Options at Beaches Turks & Caicos

Beaches Turks & Caicos spans across a vast property with four distinct resorts: the Caribbean Village, the French Village, Key West Village, and the Italian Village. Each village offers its own restaurants and a total of 45 room categories. Of course, guests have the convenience of walking from one resort to another and enjoy everything that Turks & Caicos has to offer.

Certain room categories at Beaches offer the popular butler service, an excellent option for guests who desire assistance with restaurant reservations, in-room dining, and, notably, securing a cabana by the pool at the beginning of the day. It can be quite challenging to save a chair by the pool without a butler, as some guests resort to waking up super early and using a towel or leaving personal items to reserve a spot. Bummer.

Booking a room at Beaches Turks & Caicos can be quite daunting. With four distinct “lands” to choose from, each offering nearly 50 categories in various guest capacities, views, and more, the decision-making process can feel overwhelming. There are no Over-the-Water Bungalows available at Beaches Turks & Caicos.

Prices will vary a lot, from the Village you choose all the way to Room Levels, the exact day of your visit and more. The best tip I can give is to put as many guests as possible inside your room, since this will lower the overall price.

A single guest in a Caribbean Deluxe Double Room, for example, will pay much more than four guests in that exact same room. We did the math. Two adults staying in a Deluxe Room in early December 2024 for three nights will each pay around $450 per night. This price drops to $280 per person if you have four adults in the same room for the same duration!

Let’s take a look at the different villages first. Villages are more about the location and where you want to be situated. Beaches Turks & Caicos is a big place, so maybe you want to be closer to a specific restaurant, or the Waterpark, or the beach. When it comes to plain luxury and what will be at your disposal, Room Levels are more important.

Remember, prices are per guest, per night.

Caribbean & Seaside Villages

One of the classics in Beaches Turks & Caicos, offering great rooms with reasonable prices. The cheapest rooms are found in this area, starting usually around $419, but you can also find expensive options with butler services for $1720. The Caribbean & Seaside Villages are located near the beach and it’s usually quieter than the Italian Village.

French Village

The French Village is situated farthest from the ocean compared to the other villages, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. This makes it an ideal choice for those seeking tranquility and looking to save some money while not prioritizing beachfront access. Accommodations in the French Village are generally affordable, with room rates starting at $480. Additionally, the rooms are newer and typically of higher quality than those found in the Caribbean Village.

Italian Village

The Italian village rooms are usually located right next to the beach and offer great views to guests. The room options are some of the most expensive ones in the whole resort, with rooms offering a classy and elegant feel starting at $770, and penthouses costing around $2070. A great perk is that the Italian Village is located in the middle of the resort, making moving around really easy, since nothing is exactly too far away. This also means that this area can get quite crowded, so if you want peace and quiet 24/7, you may want to pick another area.

Key West Village

The Key West Village, the latest addition to Beaches Turks & Caicos, was constructed just ten years ago. Consequently, the rooms maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic, providing guests with a contemporary accommodation experience. I appreciate the variety of room options available in this village, ranging from accommodations priced at $500 USD to the most luxurious rooms in the entire resort, which cost $2700 USD per night.

The Key West Village is renowned for its serene and tranquil atmosphere, offering guests a peaceful retreat. However, it is situated farther from the main entertainment options and the beach compared to the Italian Village.

Room Levels

Each village comes with rooms that have their very own category levels. They are the Beaches Luxury, Beaches Concierge and Butler Elite.

Beaches Luxury

Good for: you are on a budget, you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in your room, you are traveling with a small party of up to 4 guests.

Price range: typically starting from $419 to $500 per guest/per night depending on your room

Max. occupancy: 4 guests

The name can be a bit misleading, as the Beaches Luxury is actually the budget option at the resort. Beaches Luxury rooms are available only in the Caribbean Village and the French Village. All Luxury rooms come with free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar stocked with water, juice, soda, wine, and local beer (upon request), and offer free airport transfers. You can choose a room with direct access to the patio on the ground floor or opt for a room on the second or third floor. The rooms have views of the pools and gardens, not the beach.

Keep in mind that Luxury rooms accommodate up to 4 guests. There are no Luxury rooms for five or six guests. Prices range from $419 to $499, with the cheapest rooms in the Caribbean Village and the most expensive in the French Village.

Beaches Concierge

Max. occupancy: from 3 all the way to 11 guests

The mid-term rooms for Beaches Resort, which is actually quite luxurious. These rooms give you access to the Concierge perks, which include:

The Concierge Lounge: think of this one like those fancy airport lounges for first-class passengers. You get access to a place to relax, drink coffee, have a beer, and just enjoy your time. You can also check-in here and be directed to your room by a dedicated staff member.

Plush bathrobes: now you can feel all cozy when leaving the shower.

Special In-room bar: you have access to soda, wine, beer, juice, water, liqueur and can request specific alcoholic beverages.

…and more perks, like access to a weekly party to concierge members, special treats during your birthday, check out with a concierge agent and the list goes on.

When it comes to room options, they are quite fancy and available in every single Village. There are 21 different room options to choose from, with maximum occupancy varying from 4 to 5, 8 and even 11 guests. The views offered by each room also vary greatly. You can opt for cheaper rooms with a basic pool view or pay more for an oceanfront view.

The price ranges fluctuate significantly. For example, the cheapest Concierge room for 4 guests can cost $500, while a Two-Story Two-Bedroom Concierge Suite for six guests can cost around $1320.

Butler Elite

Good for: you want luxury; you want someone to make reservations for you and bring meals to your room; you don’t mind paying more for top-tier quality rooms.

Price range: typically starting from $1200 to $2700 per guest/per night depending on your room

Max. occupancy: from 5 all the way to 12 guests

This is it, this is for guests that want top-mega-ultra luxury and enjoy their vacation at the fullest. The Butler Elite package comes with a plethora of perks. You'll enjoy a private car transfer for a stylish arrival at the resort, specialized room service, and, of course, a dedicated butler who can handle reservations, deliver breakfast to your bed, schedule appointments, and much more.

Now, you might wonder, are Butler Elite rooms worth it? We have written a special article on Butlers & Sandals, which also applies to Beaches Resorts. You can read it and draw your own conclusion. Ultimately, it all depends on your personal preferences, budget, and how much you intend to utilize the services of your butler.

Butler Elite suites are big. They come with full living rooms, dining rooms and a kitchen, making them perfect for big groups or guests that want more luxury and privacy. Your personal bar is stocked with premium liqueurs and sparkling wines, and your butler can accommodate most alcoholic beverage requests. These suites are designed to accommodate 5 to 12 guests and offer rooms with standard pool views or beachfront vistas.

Now the most important thing: prices! As expected, these are the most luxurious and consequently, the most expensive rooms in the entire resort. For example, a Caribbean Penthouse One Bedroom Butler Suite for 5 guests starts at $1184, while a Key West Oceanview Three Bedroom Butler Villa starts at $2389. The most opulent option in the entire resort - the Key West Beachfront Four Bedroom Butler Villa Residence with Private Pool - has a starting price of $2729.
