The Ritz-Carlton Yachts Fleet
Ritz Carlton Yachts are small and intimate, perfect for anyone who wants to relax or enjoy a quick weekend in San Juan, a few days in Italy, or a full week exploring Alaska. These yachts accommodate fewer than 500 passengers and are filled with lounges and several complimentary restaurants, with only one dining venue requiring an additional charge.
They are each unique in their own way, even if they share some design elements. The smallest is Evrima, which launched in 2022, and the most recent ship is the 2025 Luminara. Each new yacht is slightly larger than the one before it, offering more indoor space, a few more suite subcategories, and a new signature restaurant. All of them feature cozy lounges, offer all suites with all balcony staterooms, and include The Marina.
For those who are not familiar with it, The Marina is a watersports platform located at the back of the yachts, with a ramp that lowers into the sea when the ship is anchored. This area offers kayaks, snorkeling gear, water toys, and more so you can swim near your yacht and enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery in the world.
These yachts also have a cigar lounge, a spa, a boutique store, a fitness center, and a main infinity pool. They do not have a sports deck or anything you would find on a mainstream cruise line, such as waterslides or large Broadway style shows.

Evrima
- Starting Price: $3,400 for a 3-Nights San Juan roundtrip Cruise.
Evrima is the yacht that started it all, launching in 2022 and focusing on the Caribbean, Europe, and the South Pacific. It is the smallest of all the Ritz Carlton yachts, accommodating up to 298 guests, and has the fewest rooms onboard. One interesting fact is that the entry level staterooms on Evrima are actually larger than those on its sister ships Ilma and Luminara, so the Terrace Suite is highly recommended.
This yacht has five restaurants, including the excellent Mistral, the Pan Asian Talaat Nam, and the 8-course S.E.A dining venue that costs about $285 per guest.
Ilma
- Starting Price: $3,200 for a 3-Nights San Juan roundtrip Cruise.
Ilma launched in 2024 and sails only to the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. It is the middle yacht of the Ritz Carlton fleet, offering more stateroom options and one additional dining venue compared to Evrima. The extra dining venue can be rented for a special occasion and is called Dining Privée. Ilma also features a paid dining venue called Seta Su Ilma, a 10-course meal that is slightly more expensive than S.E.A.
Luminara
- Starting Price: $8,700 for a 15-Nights Tokyo to Whittier Cruise; $10,400 for a 7-Nights Alaska Cruise.
Luminara is the newest ship in the fleet, the largest, and the yacht with the most unique itineraries, as it focuses only on Africa, Asia, and Alaska. It debuted in 2025 and offers one more stateroom category compared to Ilma, along with the highest guest to space ratio in the entire fleet. Luminara features all the restaurants found on Ilma, even if some have different names.

It is interesting that even though Ritz Carlton Yachts only launched in 2022 and have just three yachts, they already offer more than 200 itineraries that sail almost all over the globe. They focus mainly on the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Asia, and also specialize in several short sailings that are perfect for trying out the Ritz Carlton experience.

Caribbean

Ritz Carlton Yacht is very active in the Caribbean, offering many short three or four day cruises departing from either San Juan or Fort Lauderdale. Most of these itineraries are roundtrip, so you can sail from Fort Lauderdale, visit Bimini and Key West, and then return. Cruises departing from San Juan usually stop at St John, Gustavia, or Virgin Gorda.
There are also longer weeklong itineraries from Fort Lauderdale that visit Bimini, Nassau, Sandy Point, San Salvador, and Key West. Overall, there are many Caribbean itineraries available with several cruise lengths to choose from.
Mediterranean

Like most ultra luxury cruise lines, Ritz Carlton is very active in the Mediterranean, offering many four and five night itineraries in the region. Prices tend to be higher than Caribbean itineraries, and there are many one way trips that are great for moving around Europe, although Athens offers several options for a roundtrip cruise.
Some of the most popular departure ports include Barcelona, Rome, and Athens. Itineraries departing from Athens are highly recommended, as they explore the most popular islands, are less than a week long, and rank among the most affordable Mediterranean cruises. The Marina onboard Ritz Carlton yachts is an excellent perk in this region.
Alaska
- Starting Price: $10,400 for a 7-Nights Vancouver roundtrip cruise; $14,900 for a 10-Nights Vancouver to Whittier Cruise; $16,400 for a 11-Nights Whittier to Vancouver Cruise.
Ritz Carlton will begin its Alaska itineraries in 2025 with the launch of Luminara, the only ship in the fleet that sails the region. Luminara offers 7, 10, and 11-Night cruises to the Last Frontier, with several roundtrip options from Vancouver and some one way itineraries between Vancouver and Whittier.
Popular stops include Ketchikan, Klawock, Sitka, and Icy Strait Point. The 11-Night cruises start at $16,400 and are one way trips that visit ten different ports, including Valdez and Petersburg.
Asia
- Starting Price: $8,800 for a 5-Nights Bali roundtrip cruise; $11,900 for a Singapore roundtrip cruise; $12,800 for a 18-Nights Vancouver to Tokyo Cruise.
Ritz Carlton offers a variety of Asian itineraries, with ships mainly sailing from Tokyo, Bali, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Cruises in this region tend to be longer, with many 10 and 11-Night cruises.
One fun option is the short five night Bali roundtrip cruise, which explores the nearby islands in Indonesia. Singapore also offers roundtrip cruises that visit some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, including stops in Phuket and Penang. Another highlight is the ten night Tokyo roundtrip cruise, which stops at seven different ports and costs $13,500.
Asia also includes some transoceanic cruises connecting Vancouver to Tokyo or Tokyo to Whittier, lasting more than two weeks and sometimes costing less than $9,000, so it’s important to pay attention to those.
