The renowned pianist Lang Lang performed in front of the beautiful Castle of Magical Dreams on January 27th, fulfilling a lifetime dream by playing inside the Happiest Place on Earth. Lang captivated audiences with a spectacular concert, marking a historic event at this truly special place.
The show was inspired by the iconic Disney castle and the theme song "Love the Memory" from the Nighttime Spectacular "Momentous". Lang Lang was accompanied by a string quartet, which was perfect for guests who listened to fourteen classic Disney melodies.
They got to enjoy the emotional resonance of "Can You Feel the Love Tonight?" and the cutest version of "It's a Small World," Lang Lang truly did quite a spectacular show.
Disney Characters loved it too!
Some of the most popular characters, like Mickey Mouse, Elsa, Miguel from "Coco" and Belle made an appearance on the stage, adding an extra magic touch to the evening. Lang Lang's dream concert was something to remember, an experience that only Disney Hong Kong could provide.
After the concert, Lang Lang had a chance to be with aspiring young artists, including musicians from the Arts With the Disabled Association Hong Kong and Wish Child Bells from Make-A-Wish Hong Kong.
Bells, deeply inspired by Lang Lang's music, found courage and resilience through his melodies, it’s obvious that this artist has a great impact on these young prospects.
The journey of Lang Lang from a young dreamer to a global music icon made him inspired a whole new generation of musicians who pursue their dreams. His concert at Hong Kong Disneyland was not only AMAZING, but it also gave a spark of creativity to young artists everywhere in the world.
