We were previously talking about Valentine's Day at Walt Disney World, but we couldn’t forget about Disneyland Resort as well. Let’s start with our recommendations for the love season at this magical place.
Disney California Adventure Park
You can head to Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream where you can try the Ice Cream Mickey Ear Hat Bowl with Valentine’s Day Sundae, which is Chocolate and strawberry ice cream topped with strawberry sauce, whipped cream, chocolate-dipped strawberry, and seasonal sprinkles in a waffle cup or the Valentine’s Day Sundae!
Looking for something more fun to drink? Walk to Lamplight Lounge and try the three Valentine's drinks that promise to be a success with your loved one.
What are those drinks?
The Flame is the pink Bacardi Raspberry Rum that is made with peach schnapps, mango purée, raspberry purée, lime juice, Sprite, and Firewater Bitters with a chile-lime rim. If you want to try something else, they offer the Sour Blackberry Vodka lemonade, which is Absolut Citron Vodka, Angostura Bitters, blackberries, lemonade, agave nectar, and lemon juice.
To finish these magical drinks, we have The Love That Lasts a Lifetime. This is made of Bacardi Raspberry Rum, St. George Raspberry Liqueur, orgeat syrup, raspberry purée, pineapple juice, and Sprite.
At Downtown Disney District
If you are walking around here you, can’t skip visiting the Ballast Point Brewing Co. which will be offering Raspberry Panna Cotta un til February 14th. This is a Vanilla bean panna cotta topped with raspberry compote and mint garnish
Or you can try something more fancy at the Beignets Expressed, like the Strawberry Shortcake Glazed Beignets. Or maybe you are not in the mood for something sweet, so you can visit the Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes where you can have a Mocha Tamarind Chile crazyshake. So, what exactly is this?
It's a chocolate-frosted rim with crushed, puffed chocolate cereal topped with fried churros, chocolate fudge pop, whipped cream, and chocolate drizzle. Would you like to try it?
