The Lunar New Year Celebration Is Coming to Disneyland

California is ready to start the New Year on a high note in one of the most magical places of all, Disneyland Resort, which has been preparing a great number of celebrations and fun surprises for all its guests in 2024. And this first month of the year is no exception, are you ready for a grand celebration?

A multicultural experience is on its way

The Lunar New Year is an annual festival traditionally celebrated by the East Asian communities, and is in commemoration of the start of the new year according to the lunar calendar. It can also be called the Spring Festival or Chinese New Year. Disney, as international and festive as it is, every year rejoices in celebrating and honoring this important event, and we cannot contain the excitement either.

This event takes place in Disney California Adventure Park, more specifically at Paradise Gardens Park. This year it will be celebrated from January 23rd until February 18, 2024, so you are still on time to book this incredible experience full of Disney's most beloved characters, fun activities, shows and so many exquisite culinary options for your taste buds to enjoy too.

Health, Luck, and Prosperity for everyone

The Lunar New Year is celebrated in its own way in different parts of Asia, such as China, Hong Kong, South Korea and so many more countries. However, Disney tries to pull off this celebration in the best way possible, which is by bringing family and friends together to this enchanted place and filling it in with tons of surprises and exciting entertainment.
