Discover Universal Orlando Hotel Pools

Floating on the way to fun times

I could go on forever listing the reasons why I love visiting Universal Orlando: from the delicious taste of butterbeer and exploring magical candy shops in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, to the giant Lard Lad donuts, to marveling at Hogwarts castle, encountering the dragon in Diagon Alley, snapping photos with my favorite characters, and... well, the list is way too long for a single article.

During the hottest times of the year, there's one thing I particularly enjoy during my visit. Can you guess? It's the pools! Not just the ones at Volcano Bay, but also those visible from your room. Yes, the Universal Hotel Pools are simply unbeatable! I can already see them in my mind with Summer fast approaching, hm!

Let's explore some of the fantastic options available.

Cool off during your Universal visit

It's that time of year again! When the sun shines brighter and the sweat seems... sweatier. But fear not! It's the perfect excuse to slip into your swimsuit, put on some sunscreen, and dive into a refreshing pool on your next vacation. And guess what? Universal has some fantastic options waiting for you.

Why go to the hotel pools?

Universal hotels do not only offer great facilities, multiple park perks (shorter queues, early park entry, special offers, and more), or delicious food. They also offer excellent pool options available for guest to enjoy during their stay.

I'm all for staying there a whole week rather than just going for one day. There are so many benefits to it, especially if you're a mermaid like me (or a triton). You get easy access to their pool anytime you want! Don't get me wrong, I also love having a blast at Volcano Bay with its countless splashy experiences and fun activities. It's the best of both worlds!

But sometimes, you crave a bit of solitude, a break from crowded spaces (*cough* theme parks). You won't exactly be alone here, but staying at Universal allows for a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the lively crowds at Volcano Bay. Just saying, it's nice to have that option for a quieter experience.

What options can I choose from?

Universal has categorized its hotels into Premier, Preferred, Prime Value, or Value accommodations, with prices ranging from more expensive to less expensive accordingly. This classification helps visitors choose accommodations that align with their budget and preferences.
