Have You Heard of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal?

This summer is the start of a creepy adventure

Ah, summer, the beloved season of sunshine and sea. Beaches brim with life, swimsuits make their grand debut, and a touch of the otherworldly begins to emerge. Oops, pardon the spoiler... that's just at Universal. Yes, we're diving into the year's most anticipated event. Let's dive into some of the details, shall we?

Halloween Horror Nights

Every year, Universal transforms into the most haunted place in the world of themed parks. And trust me, that's no exaggeration. From the moment you step foot inside, screams and goosebumps are practically guaranteed. Alright, maybe I'm dialing up the terror a tad, but hey, it's kind of true!

The thing is, Universal really knows how to make a good horror show. They are the ones that created the Universal Monsters like Frankenstein, the Wolfman and more, after all, who we are going to see at Epic Universe in 2025. They're also masters at delivering the most spine-chilling experiences, yet it's coupled with an exhilarating anticipation of the unknown surprises lurking around every corner. It's hard to put into words. Ultimately, the feeling is a blend of fear, excitement, and a rush of adrenaline. Yep, I think that sums it up perfectly.

It's not a surprise this major event has been named by the Amusement Today’s Golden Ticket Awards as the Best Halloween Event... since 2006! What a significant milestone, isn't it? This truly speaks volumes about the caliber of the event. It's undoubtedly an experience that must be encountered at least once in a lifetime.

I'm not surprised they excel at it. The event takes place at Universal Studios Florida, after all. With their expertise, it's no wonder the special effects, costumes, decorations, structures, and shows are truly next level.

What do you need to know?

As we mentioned before, the event starts in August. No, not in October. It does seem like a lot of work and effort for just one month of enjoyment, doesn't it? So mark your calendars! You can experience the event from August 30th to November 3rd. Just keep in mind that entry requires a separately ticketed event. And yes, tickets are already available for purchase!

Last year, there were amazing Haunted Houses based on popular franchises like Stranger Things, The Last of Us, and many more. You know what's cool about this event? A lot of rides stay open until 2am, such as Rip Ride Rockit and Revenge of the Mummy. So, you can get scared inside Haunted Houses and also scream while riding a roller coaster, that's a win-win scenario.

What can you expect?

Screams. Oh, and also this:

  • Supernatural live entertainment. How supernatural? You're going to find out.
  • 5 macabre scare areas
  • 10 extra spooky haunted houses
  • Themed food & drinks
  • Scary attractions, and so much more!

We warned you! It can be truly terrifying, okay? Just remember, it's all in good fun, but definitely scary.
